How to Play
Five rules. Endless depth.
The Setup
Each player owns 6 cups on their side and a large 'store' to their right. The board begins with 4 seeds in every cup — 48 seeds total. Stores start empty.
Sowing the Seeds
On your turn, pick all seeds from one of your cups. Drop them one by one into each cup going counter-clockwise — including your own store, but skipping your opponent's store.
Free Turn
If your last seed lands in your own store, you go again. Chain free turns to dominate the tempo of the game.
The Capture
If your last seed lands in one of your own empty cups — and the cup directly opposite has seeds — you capture all those seeds plus your landing seed. Straight to your store.
Winning
The game ends when one player's six cups are all empty. The other player sweeps any remaining seeds into their store. Highest score wins. Equal scores: an honorable draw.
"Count not only your move, but the move it gives your opponent. Every seed sown is a future move offered or denied."
